East Mountain Connections started the way a lot of good businesses do — with someone who got tired of seeing cabling done badly and figured he could do it better.

I've spent the last few years getting genuinely good at this — running Cat6 through walls, fishing cable through tight attic spaces, terminating clean punch-downs, and figuring out exactly why a home's WiFi never reaches the back bedroom. Somewhere along the way, what started as solving my own networking problems turned into something I wanted to offer the rest of the Brazos Valley.

I named the business after my own roots — East Mountain is where my family name comes from, and "Connections" is exactly what we do: getting your home or business properly wired and working the way it should.

Whether you're a homeowner dealing with a dead WiFi spot, a small business that needs a clean structured cabling setup, or a builder who wants pre-wire done right the first time, I treat every job like it's going into my own house. That means testing every run, labeling everything clearly, and being honest if something doesn't need the most expensive option.
